Support that feels personal, reliable and respectful

NovaLife Assist was established to provide disability support that feels personal, reliable and respectful. We believe participants should be listened to, kept informed and involved in every decision about their supports.

Our team takes the time to understand each person's goals, routines, culture and preferences. We focus on building consistent support relationships, clear communication and practical outcomes that help participants live with greater choice and independence.

We are based in Bundoora and support participants across Melbourne's northern suburbs and surrounding areas. As a registered NDIS provider, we work within the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, and we welcome feedback at every step.

Mr Hassan

Founder & Director

"I spent years working as a disability support worker before founding NovaLife Assist. I saw first-hand how much difference good support makes — and what happens when it's missing. That's why we put participants first in every decision, and why you'll always find us active in our local community."

Real people behind your supports

Every member of our team completes NDIS Worker Screening and is supported with training and supervision. Led by our founder, Mr Hassan, the team is built around consistency — you get to know the people who support you. Between us we speak English, Somali, Arabic, Swahili and more.

What you can expect from us

No slogans — just the practical standards we hold ourselves to as a registered NDIS provider.

NDIS Worker Screening checks

Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance before they support anyone.

Trained and supported staff

Our team receives induction, ongoing training and supervision, so the quality of support stays consistent across every shift.

Clear service agreements

Supports, schedules and pricing set out in writing before we start, at NDIS Pricing Arrangement rates.

Regular service reviews

We check in regularly to make sure supports still match your goals, and adjust when they don't.

Culturally responsive support

We match workers to your language and cultural preferences where possible, and respect the way you live.

Feedback and complaints process

Easy ways to raise concerns, a documented complaints process, and the right to contact the NDIS Commission at any time.

Why participants and families choose us

The things people tell us matter most when choosing a provider — and how we deliver on them.

Responsive communication

Enquiries are answered promptly and you're kept informed at every step. Decisions about supports are explained in plain language, and families and coordinators are always in the loop.

Consistent support workers

You see the same familiar faces, not a revolving roster. Workers are carefully matched to each participant's personality, culture, language and interests — and if something isn't working, we change it.

Personalised support

Supports are built around each person's goals, routines and preferences — never a one-size-fits-all program. We review regularly and adjust as goals and circumstances evolve.

Participant choice and control

Participants decide who supports them, how and when. Feedback is genuinely welcomed and acted on, and every service agreement is clear about what's provided and what it costs.

Two easy ways to connect with us

Choose the pathway that fits you — both lead to a real person who will respond promptly.

Whether you're exploring options or ready to start, we'll take the time to answer your questions in plain language — no pressure, no jargon.
